Lycan Security is a vulnerability analysis platform designed exclusively for legitimate use on systems that you own or for which you have explicit written authorization.
⚠️ Using this tool on third-party systems without authorization is ILLEGAL and may result in criminal charges under local and international cybersecurity laws.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Lycan Security, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
License to Use
Lycan Security grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use the platform according to your contracted plan
- Scan domains and systems that you own
- Use the API within established rate limits
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account (password, API keys)
- Ensuring you have legal authorization to scan all target domains
- Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Not using the platform for illicit activities
- Not attempting to bypass security systems or rate limits
Limitation of Liability
Lycan Security is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Detection of 100% of vulnerabilities
- Absence of false positives or negatives
- Uninterrupted service availability
Intellectual Property
All code, design, content, and the "Lycan Security" brand are the exclusive property of Sebastian Viteri. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email to paid plan users 30 days in advance.
